Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Email us at semukids.tr@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.

Important Notes:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with the tag still attached, and in unused condition.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please cancel your original order and place a new one.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
